1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern all services on the 777jaya pro platform. The word "services" as used here refers to the website, mobile app, casino games, sports betting and other entertainment products.

For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 — to withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• The bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn unless wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 777jaya pro reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit associated winnings.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, 777jaya pro may launch various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on that offer's page. Where there is a conflict between the general terms and the promotional terms, the promotional terms shall apply.

6 VIP Program

777jaya pro's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases as you move to higher tiers — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond.

Cashback is calculated on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

• VIP tier is determined based on regular activity and betting history.
• VIP tier may be reduced due to prolonged inactivity or a policy violation.
• VIP benefits cannot be transferred to another account.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

All game outcomes are determined through a neutral random number generator (RNG) or a certified live dealer system. Any attempt to use technical means to influence game outcomes in your favour is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Betting using software bots or automated methods.

If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, the bet will continue with the remaining selections without that selection.

8 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a server outage, network problem or software error, 777jaya pro reserves the right to declare that round or bet void and to refund the stake. In such cases, game logs and server records will be considered the final evidence.

If clearly incorrect odds (unusually high or abnormal odds) are published, 777jaya pro reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds. 777jaya pro is not responsible for any loss caused by a problem with the user's device or internet connection.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

777jaya pro may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempted fraud.
• Being a minor or allowing a minor to play.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Violation of any provision of these terms.

A user may also request account closure at any time. If there is a valid balance and no investigation is ongoing, those funds will be returned.
